About Us C. David Dickinson, President and Managing Member David has more than 20 years of experience in many facets of the financial services industry. After working in large brokerage and insurance firms, he was one of the early adopters in the independent investment advisory business, advised a mutual fund, and has been a practice management consultant and sub-advisor for other investment advisors. David also has broad experience in regulatory compliance, back office and operational issues for investment advisory firms. He closely follows developments in technology issues and virtual tools for RIAs. His focus is creating a superior investment advisory practice, serving to enhance the lives of both advisor and client. David also coaches the local high school tennis team. Beth Dickinson, Dickinson Regulatory Alliance LLC In addition to working with Magnus, Beth is the President of Dickinson Regulatory Alliance LLC (DRA). A professional consulting firm, DRA offers regulatory compliance, expert witness, and practice management services to financial industry professionals. Beth has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years and specializes in licensing, registration and compliance. Beth has worked in a nationally known financial services firm in Minnesota, a Michigan investment advisory firm and mutual fund manager, and compliance consulting firms in California, Minnesota and Michigan. In addition to working with independent clients, DRA coordinates the delivery of compliance services with broker/dealers, custodians, attorneys and consulting firms nationwide. Beth also speaks on compliance matters to industry audiences. Beth, David and their four sons live in the beautiful Leelanau Peninsula of Northern Michigan. Leelanau is famous for cherry and apple orchards, wineries and beautiful vineyards, and luscious rolling terrain with spectacular lake vistas and beaches. The Dickinsons enjoy tennis, fishing, traveling and attending many athletic events!
